A segment about KAYA:

We would like you to meet an 18-year-old Lynn high school student whose newly acquired leadership skills are helping him take a more positive role in his neighborhood. Everyone who knows him says Tino Hem was once definitely headed in the wrong direction. But thanks to efforts of the Khmer American Youth in Action program, KAYA, Tino’s future is looking up.
