We would like you to meet 84-year-old Betsy Sterman who is excited about her future. A resident of Orchard Cove Retirement Community in Canton, Massachusetts, she is part of a pilot program on aging that helps seniors be more active and more productive towards fulfilling their lifelong dreams. What is Betsy doing? You may find it hard to keep up. It is a program called Vitality 360.
